Prerequisites: A micro SD card, formatted to FAT32 or ExFat.
Download the firmware file you wish to install.
Place the firmware file on the root of a micro SD Card. Ensure that no other firmware files are on the micro SD card
Power your Pocket off fully.
Insert the micro SD Card into your Pocket’s micro SD Card slot.
Power your Pocket on. Pocket will automatically begin to update. Pocket will display a progress update bar on the screen while updating.
The update process takes between 3-4 minutes. Do not power off Pocket during this process or disturb the unit in any way.
When Pocket is finished updating, it will auto re-boot.
Your Pocket is now updated.
Prerequisites: Analogue Pocket with v1.0B or later installed on Pocket.
Update Pocket to firmware v1.0B or later.
Insert Pocket into Dock.
Follow the on screen instructions directly from Pocket.
Dock will begin to update. Pocket will display a progress update bar on the display. If your Dock is inserted into a TV a progress update bar will display on your TV as well. All 4 LED indicators on Dock will also blink in amber while updating.
The update process takes about a minute. Do not power off Dock during this process or disturb the unit in any way.
When Dock is finished updating, it will auto re-boot.
Prerequisites: A full size SD Card, formatted to FAT32.
For Duo remove any CD, Hucard or USB controller from Duo before updating.
Download the firmware file you wish to install. Unzip the file if needed.
Place the firmware file on the root of a full sized SD Card. Ensure that no other firmware files are on the SD Card.
Power your system off fully.
Insert the SD Card into your system’s SD Card slot.
Power your system on. Your system will automatically begin to update. The power LED will flash while the firmware updates.
The update process takes a few minutes. Do not power off your system during this process or disturb the unit in any way.
When your system is finished updating, it will auto re-boot.
Your system is now updated.
