Analogue Developer Kit Restrictions: As a condition of receiving an Analogue Developer Kit, you agree not to sell, transfer or convey it to any other person or entity for a period of three (3) years from receipt. Analogue reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to recall any Developer Kit, which you shall return within ten (10) days of such notice of recall. Analogue will arrange return shipping.
